Thousands of Union Pacific trains roam the rails every day, dominating the market. They go to places such as California , Nebraska, Illinois, and Oregon. Although Union Pacific dominates the rails, a new company called BNSF is on the rise as well. Founded in 1995, it is looking to be even with The Union Pacific and owns some trackage rights on Union Pacific rails. I
