RWBY: Wavering time is a RWBY roleplay server that has gone through the fall of Beacon and Vale. Everyone has been evacuated to Mistral. This server is a mix of both canon and OCs but we lean more to the OC side of things, canon characters are optional to take.
Recently, Mistral has faced an astronomically large refugee crisis, the lower levels are ridden with disease and starvation making the lower levels a deathtrap for some, there are very few huntsmen left within the Kingdom, only a few thousand to protect millions.
With Kingdom communications down and Atlas recalling their military, Mistral is left in a 'dead zone' of sorts, with overburdening themselves with almost double the population, losing nearly all of their huntsmen and the threat of the ever increasing grimm on their borders, it isn't looking good for the Kingdom, and soon the pressure building up will explode.
