tom’s biography.
thomas stanley holland aka tom holland was born june 1, 1996 in kingston upon thames, surrey (england), to nicola (photographer) and dominic (comedian and actor). he has three younger brothers named harry, paddy, and sam holland.
he first began dancing at age nine in a hip hop class at nifty feet dance school in wimbledon, where he performed with his school group at the 2006 richmond dance festival.

choreographer lynne page spotted tom. lynne arranged an audition for tom. after two years of training, tom secured a supporting part in 2008 and was upgraded to the title role that year, which he played until 2010.
tom made his film debut in “the impossible” in 2012. he received a critical acclaim and a nomination for the goya award for best new actor. this encouraged tom to perfecting as a full time career.

tom has won multiple awards including a we bafta rising star award, empire award for best male newcomer, people’s choice award for favorite action movie star, kid’s choice award for favorite superhero, kid’s choose award for favorite movie actor and many more.
