Our story begins in 172 AC, about 40 years after the events of A Dance of Dragons. Many continue to treat old wounds, scars, reminders of the devastation the dragons left behind, with their songs all but extinguished. The Power that House Targaryen had once wielded for generations was now all but history. Though be it by the design of the gods or fate the dragons would rise again. The Return of Dragons marks the return of Magic to Westeros. A new game has begun, the wheel continues to turn. Power, reignited within House Targaryen, as a new dawn has risen over their dwindling dynasty, the fear of a second Dance of Dragons looms on the horizon as history seems to repeat itself.
