Thirty years have passed since Deku defeated All for One and Tomura Shigaraki, bringing back peace to society. Slowly but surely, things got better, and people began to trust heroes again. Deku and his friends graduated from UA High School and became Japan's new heroes.
It takes time for everyone to start believing in heroes again, though. Deku chased and captured all the remaining villain groups.
But the trouble is still lurking, and its name is far from what Deku is about to fathom. A new villain is about to hit town, and he is about to upset the balance yet again.
