It's been 27 years since the Treaty of Courscant, the galaxy has finally seen the end of the once infamous sith emperor. With him rises a realitvely tentative peace, not unlike that of the former cold war. With the Sith Empire maintaining control over their outer rim territories in the northern section, and the Republic continuing to rule from the highly dense core and mid rim worlds. While the Galactic south seems to remain an open frontier, in which both major and minor factions vie for control. Meanwhile the mandalorian civil war rages on who and how it shall be ruled.
