Alacia is a Pokémon fan region based on the landscape and environment of Alaska and the Yukon. Featuring a diverse landscape and a heavier focus on exploration and adventuring stories driven by individual writers. Complete with an expansive map, multiple cities, a unique trial system meant to replace the gyms and instead tests your characters exploration and survival skills.
-OCs welcome and you can come at any level of capability. There are options for starters being worked on, but characters can apply here and already be at the level of a champion trainer and anywhere inbetween.
-No Pokémon league or gyms, instead we're building up a system similar to trial captains. Accessing the more dangerous portions of Alacia might require a test of strength from one of the Pokémon ranger captains
-Host your own events: If you want to host a story event of your own that's very much welcome here and the staff will work with you to make it happen.
-Canon Claims Welcome: 3 Per writer, requires a submission of a solo story using the character to display competence.
-Human characters are capable of learning Moves/Abilities in this region, an expanded system based on the implications of canon material from the manga/games. (I.E Hex Maniacs etc.)
-Burst forms from the Manga are also allowed with room for creative interpretation.
-While the regional pokedex determines what pokemon you might find in the wild, it has no bearing on what you bring to the table before hand.
-We also host some out of region events for the sake of expanding story.
