In a land of magic and wizards, a magic council was created to maintain order and keep people accountable. Each wizard is gifted with one type of magic (which can be seen in the threads below), and they may only use their magic if in a guild. These wizards will do jobs based on their rank (seen below) to gain jewel to afford living. They will not be permitted to leave the guild unless they are transferring, and their guild master but allow the transfer. Wizards are prohibited from leaving a guild without a transfer. Wizards are prohibited from illegal magic use.
If you break a law, such as using magic illegally or joining a non-regulated guild, you will be held accountable and publicly executed.
