Cera, a world full of conflict and sickness that all started after The Collapse. The realms began to flow and merge into one another when the barriers began failing. Sending the realm of Cera into a chaotic spiral into despair.
The Great Collapse helped to form The Blood Moon, where the god of chaos himself, Nocturne; is imprisoned. Every few centuries, the moon turns red and chaos rises, monsters and men becoming more violent as the realms are at their weakest and the god of chaos's influence can seep through, people call this, the madness plague. A cult has formed in Nocturnes name, calling themselves The Nightborne. They wish to bring his form back into the material plane, so he can rule over Cera and turn it to his image.

New Horizons allows every character created to have direct impacts on the world we build. The goal is to have meaningful characters build their own legends.
