New Operators will go through a brief, yet effective and beneficial indoctrination phase, giving the prime opportunity to display and receive information and skills. Upon completion, Operators are assigned to teams and will hone their skills within.
Operating in Troops and Teams of a realistic breakdown, the Unit pulls experience, lessons, and guidance from all possible applicable avenues. The Unit leverages the practicality and experience of true to life tactics, techniques, and procedures into an accessible yet highly immersive MilSim environment, placing a high emphasis on participation and the shared goal of becoming better daily.
