The year is 2035 in Japan.
Roughly, around 200 years ago in Keikei City, China a baby was bore, its first moment of existence it was glowing, people couldnโt make out what this possibly meant, though as days went by reports were brought up all over the globe of babies being born with extraordinary powers, the types you would only see in movies and comic books. Governing bodies were confused and uncertain of what they could do, no action at first was to be taken though and they were simply viewed as irregular people. As time advanced more and more quirks popped up and scientists deduced that it was simply the way people were evolving and that was the way humanity had leaped. From here on out it was a lot more rare to be born without a quirk than to be born with a quirk, as people continued with their lives they had no idea how huge of an impact these powers would have.
In todays society people are fearful, fearful to leave their homes from the monsters that live on our world. Fearful to live their day to day life. There is a certain stigma in the world that every single person had bad intentions, that people know more than they should. New hope has to rise and the doors to Valoria High are opening once again.
