Following the resolute actions of CELESTIA, an elite task force under the umbrella of the International Police, which specializes in the intricate web of organized crime, the notorious syndicate known as Khaenri'ah found its empire crumbling to dust. This monumental victory, however, came with its share of dark bargains. The clandestine deals struck in the shadows to dismantle Khaenri'ah inadvertently funneled power into the hands of the SEVEN, a group of ambitious leaders who have since ascended to positions of formidable influence within their own nations.

The unity once forged in the crucible of a shared objective has now frayed, giving way to a cutthroat competition for supremacy. Each member of the SEVEN, armed with newfound authority and resources, now vies to outmaneuver the others in a relentless pursuit to secure the title of the uncrowned ruler of the Underground. As CELESTIA grapples with the unintended consequences of their actions, attempting to rectify their past errors, a more malevolent force stirs in the depths, threatening to emerge and cast everything into chaos...
