Lore:
The city was once a closed-off place that was shrouded in mystery and surrounded by myths and legends. Little was known about its origin or its purpose, save that it held a great power and was home to advanced technology beyond what the rest of the world had ever seen. One day, strange portals began to appear, leading to other dimensions and dangerous dungeons.
The city's head, a wise and powerful mage known as Eldarion Krisgella, knew that it was his duty to protect the city from the evils that threatened to emerge from these portals. He ordered the creation of a great barrier around the city, using all of his magic and the city's advanced technology. The barrier was a success, keeping the forces of darkness at bay.
The city is now open for the public to receive help and shelter survivors while also providing weapon items for those Adventures who dare ventures into those portal.
