For centuries, humans and vampires have been at war. Other monsters and mythical beings that have hid from them this entire time shared the same hatred towards humans.
Vampires were the first to decide to advance and create their own civilization far away from human life. However, the other monsters followed. They thought this idea was great and attempted to take it as their own.
Vampires, now seperated from humans, gained a new problem. Other creatures were forcing their way into their cities! Some humans/anthros and other creatures even disguise themselves as vampires to blend in once they make it close enough to the city. Are they trying to get info, hunt down vampires, or simply get a home? It's often assumed they are a threat, either way.
The only creatures with the most success are ghouls and ghosts. Due to their skills and abilities, they got the closest and outnumbered the vampires. Demons became allies to help the issue.
