Welcome to the largest regiment in War of Rights! We are NA based and consist of a main line, a skirmish group and an artillery battery.

We are a community that exists to try and bring a balance between structure and entertainment. We offer a style of play that is organized and fun without having to make concessions about either. Formed on January 16th, 2022, the 8th Connecticut aims to offer a little something for everyone. We take our name from a lesser known unit who played a fundamental role in Burnside's attack south of Sharpsburg during the Battle of Antietam. Whether you are a die-hard history buff or a curious gamer, we accommodate veteran and rookie players alike. We currently run in the NA circuit and participate in three weekly events that our leadership helps organize/run. Our ethos is that you get out what y
