-~Precisely two years have passed since the hellish Great War, peace has begun to overtake the country once again, yet those truly affected by it remain in tragedy. Due to Japan's minimal role in the war, it did not have catastrophic casualties, but witnessing the role of abilities in the war, the new government has imposed stricter laws to keep ability users in check, even going as far as to revoke previously given special abilities business permits.

The great force in the underground of Yokohama seems to desire such a permit, yet with the increasing hostility towards ability users, everyone seems to be running out of time. Quite a few organisations seem to desire such a licence, and so the internal war begins.~-
