Nishimoto, a modern city in Japan's Kansai region known for its technology and culture, hides a sinister past. Beneath the surface of urban life, a power struggle grips Nishimoto. Enenra, a terrorist group of Persona users, clashes with the SIU, a covert government agency exchanging safety for freedom. Yet, something darker lurks, waiting to emerge and alter everything.
