Mugen City, 202X. Born from the wreckage of Osaka following a mysterious natural disaster, the reconstructed city stands as the second largest in all of Japan. People from all over Gaia flock to see its sights and be a part of its culture. However, there is more than meets the eye. Behind the scenes, groups vie for control over the city, using whatever they can to establish dominance. Rumors of bizarre incidents and people have begun swirling across the Aethernet. Despite this, most of Mugen City remain unaware. But for how much longer?
