The game's origins are unknown, a complete mystery, but its discovery is something so alluring that it dissuades even the most technologically pessimistic from turning away. A game with no instructions, no rulebook, just an ever-changing landscape waiting to be explored.
It just so happens that today of all days, the perfect group of aforementioned poor, unfortunate souls has stumbled across it.

*SGRUB - Alea Iacta Est* is a Homestuck-inspired fan-session roleplay server that will follow the story of 12 trolls as they play a game. A very, very, *very* convoluted game. It is meant to replicate the progression of SGRUB fairly accurately, while still allowing for a casual and entertaining time. This server has a heavy emphasis on characters. Make a character who is goofy, maybe one is a total asshole, or a shut-in recluse. Either way, their interactions and choices will march the game along.
