The R.F.A. is a charity organization founded by the generous and caring Rika. After she 'passed away' — everybody was hesitant to carry on since it would feel strange to continue after her death but they eventually decided it would honour Rika's legacy rather than letting her ambitious dream wither away. It was too beautiful a dream to let go of, so they got to work advertising the organization. Through a flyer hung up by a café or having it spread by word of mouth.
While they were getting the R.F.A. back and running, something much darker had started bubbling underneath the surface — a cult started by that same organization's founder to bring eternal paradise upon a world overcome by corruption. Rika had been recruiting more people, too. People who have been wronged in their life, free to make a brand new start at Mint Eye. She was their saviour and the one who could singlehandedly deliver them to a life free of pain and suffering.
