----What does TDFS wish to accomplish?----
Our goal is to bind the Tōge/Touge | Mountain Racing | Rally community whatever your term may be. Whether the roots to your inspiration is some inital D anime, Keiichi Tsuchiya, Giorgi Tevzadze , Tommi Mäkinen, or Ken Block, One thing can't deny these are names that had a significant impact on the Touge community and driving in general. An impact that will outlive the test of time. There is a disconnection in the racing community with the new generation believing car community is spirited from takeovers and toxic trends leading to lives being lost. Which leads us to our second goal, Knowledge. We have hopes of building up knowledge and containing a library of information accessible to those who pursue it. The knowledge that surrounds mountain racing in general is often nowadays gatekept under thick locks. This includes mods and graphics which we break those locks and provide accessibility to TDFS members.
----What does TDFS mean?----
TDFS - The Demons From Sassoun
Through the blood sweat and tears of civilizations that came before every country has demons that lurk. Whether that is through superstitious entities or the sybolism of demons we carry with us and fight everyday in the ever lasting fight towards balance. Similar to the ancient Chinese concept of Yin and Yang. How we disperse and fight these forces is completely dependent on our coping mechanisms. Some drink and drug until its pure blackness while others box and skydive until its possible blackness. See the similarities? Humans are instinctively born to push the limits of possibility. We have flying metal boxes 30,000 feet in the air and roaring V8s in the cold night of a quiet mountain pass.
