This sever is set into a Victorian type steampunk era, in a city where there are extremes from the depths of the under city reeking of blood and other rancid stenches, while the topside resides in a more nice life filled with extravagance and luxury.
But it is not the ordinary city like any other, for there are creatures of the night terrorising it. So called Vampyrs lurk through the narrow alleyways on the lookout for their next feast. They indulge in the blood of innocent humans and murder without remorse, so the humans might say that hunt these creatures down, pushing them deeper into the depths of this terrible city and forcing them to hide.
