The night that the draft had been issued was a hazy blur. The squawk of your whirring old radio had jolted you awake to witness the pre-recorded message, cycling through a multitude of languages before finally, it spoke in one that you understood.
It wasn't like you had a choice. The very next day, The Conductor had sent its rag-tag workers to fetch you. A cold needle to the neck was the last you’d known of home before the shrouding lull of insomnia claimed you.
And there you had ended up.

Blood Money is a roleplay based on an apocalyptic outbreak, which resulted in the spread of an unknown virus that transformed the dead into a sick mimicry of the living. Following an appointed draft, a group of healthy people were required to travel to the Manzanita Republic in Arizona.
In order to survive and accumulate wealth, prosperity and notoriety, you must gamble with what little possessions you have in an attempt to build your character's survivability, win claims to locations and finalise decisions. But don't worry, we function on a dice rolling and coin flipping system so you won't have to learn how to play a game of poker.
Additionally, we have a main character and side character system, so you can pick and choose just how involved in the main plot you would like to be or if you would rather take a more freeform approach.
