In the year of October 2nd, 2027, the earth is in an era of overabundance. The human species is living shoulder to shoulder with each other, packed tightly onto the planet they call home. There’s little room for freedom, and as the price of living shoots steadily up, the tolerance for the working class has been whittled down to the wire.
Their complaints are all but flies buzzing about their ears, demanding silly things like liveable wages and a moment to breathe.
In this regard, one man stands alone in an empty theater. Prostrating himself to the people in power, he commands a promise.
One of which would rid the wealthy of all that worries or unsettles them; a way to cut the fat from the pig.

And so his project was put into place. On a large, private stretch of land he began planning. Built to jest at the misfortune befalling his victims, he’d keep them ensnared in ways that targeted their base instincts.
What else is known about this facility where humanity is left on the cutting room floor is very limited. For all you know, it may very well be just another baseless rumor, tailored only to keep elementary school children up at night.

All this talk of the events unfolding before the wealthy witnesses being used as scare tactics to keep them complicit, and the exploitation of survivors could mean absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things.
