However a bastion of hope still exists within the wastes and her name is Tara, a rather large landmass located roughly in the southern hemisphere. Even with the tectonic shifts all across the world and the total ruin of all human identify as the nukes fell, this island remained an icon of what was and always will be... humanities will to not only survive but also thrive.

- Please don't go beyond the mapped out area, much the Yukon is wilderness so adding in these areas would be hell for me since I'd have to make more channels. If there's an event going beyond the known area, then you will be free to do so.
