🞜 Over a century ago, the once separated continents of Quinora collided into one big super-continent, creating a shock wave and a magical reaction that shook their world. This event is known as the Collision, it forever changed the lands. Deep chasms in the earth’s fractures poured out horrifying creatures in each region and people across the country began to gain various magic-like abilities, all differing by their regions.
🞜 The Collision caused natural disasters to plague every region, killing thousands and forcing the Kingdoms to create a Royal Council to discuss the state of their world. Since the Collision, the once divided regions of Quinora have come together to form a united country, albeit with some lingering tensions. Joining factions has become the norm for many travelers, while others forge their own paths in this world. Despite the lasting impact of the Collision, those within the fortified walls of each Kingdom enjoy a relatively secure existence, leaving those on the outskirts to fend for themselves.
