It has been over twenty years since the Dragonborn felled Alduin in Sovengarde, saved the world from the vicious Volkihar vampires, and when they were last seen sailing to Solsteim. Shortly after that, the Siege of Windhelm marked the end of the Skyrim Civil War, and the Empire once again reclaimed its hold on the province. A period of reconstruction followed with the aid of heroic individuals and the guilds of Skyrim. In 4E 221, the full effects of Imperial ruling and submission to the White-Gold Concordant were cemented. Now, with both the Thalmor and the public’s negative opinion of them stronger than ever in Skyrim, time will tell if the people remain tolerant or if they rise to meet their oppressors.

Tamriel Eternal is a literate Elder Scrolls roleplay server based in Skyrim. The story takes place twenty years after the Civil War’s conclusion, where the factions seen in the game have adapted to the war’s end, reconstruction, and events that followed.
This server aims to present a story of characters within the world of the Elder Scrolls, and as such, this server is not a quest simulator or a dungeon-looter. In Tamriel: Eternal, we strive and advocate for the player characters to be unique and realistic characters that can interact with the world and story. There is abundant material to base one’s character on using the Elder Scrolls lore without them being the Dragonborn, Nerrevarine, or any other legendary hero.
With a staff willing to help, Tamriel: Eternal is a new server with a rich story to write and a personable community to grow alongside.
