Once upon a time, in an endless void, the two overgods Dars, the god of all darkness and chaos, and Kira, the goddess of light and guidance, created a being of massive power: Porgyal, the god of space. With the sheer power set free from its birth, it set the foundation for the multiverse as we know it today. It was empty, dark, nothing existed in it. The multiverse at its current state was nothing more than an empty room.
So, Kira decided to form the land masses, all the water, creatures and plant life. Dars was the one to gift every living being its instincts, emotions and a mind and soul of their own. Porgyal, after the creation of reality itself, was elected to be the warden of the multiverse.
Porgyal, tasked with this major role, soon realized that sustaining the safety of the whole multiverse alone would be an impossible feat. He created a little grey ball with six hands and a halo above his head: Zerby. He on the other hand tried killing every anomaly occurring in the multiverse. This, however, proved not to be very effective and would soon drive Zerby insane.
This led to the creation of the MPO: The “Multiverse Protection Organization”. The goal of this organization was to capture anomalies and use them to fight the many other ones. This went on for as long as time went on. To this day, the MPO does their best to protect the multiverse to the best of their abilities.
