Mental Health Island is a peer support group.
We are here to support one another through times of need by providing a safe space for speakers to be heard.
This is a judgment-free zone.

Due to the nature of the server and its exchanges, there is only one voice chat that is active under moderation and no permanent text channel. A text chat is available during an active talk.

Currently, we host talks once or twice a week. You can find them under the Events tab on the server.
