Welcome to the world of Embris, a land reborn from the ashes of the Phoenix Eternus. The world is filled with many wonderful places to discover and mysteries to solve. From that which causes the Whispering Sands to whisper and wail, to the question of why the Isle of Gravitas is suspended in the air, there are many adventures to be had!
Looking to try and survive against the elements instead? Check out the city of Kearloch deep within the Mire of Kearmack, a dangerous swamp filled with undead, lizardfolk, and other horrors that can frighten even the most hardened adventurers. Or you could venture into the Tu’va Wastes outside of Pahlthyrus, a land tainted by a Dark Calamity a millenia ago. Now the wasteland is home to abominations and monsters that fight for the scarce resources that remain.
Then there’s the gods. Embris features its own pantheon of 12 never before seen gods based around the months and the seasons. Each represents their own aspect of the world and the seasons. From Sonea-Paix the goddess of Change and Nature to Paphyr, the twisted god of Bargaining and Sacrifice, there are many interesting beings among the divine.
