From the beginning of time there was a singular dimension where everything resided in from the lowly Human to Alien Warrior all the way to Deities living equally with each others … but suddenly after out of completely nowhere every being in the universe saw one shadowy figure before everything going in there vision goes black as the world slowly erupts into three separate worlds only able to visit through dimensional travel.

Capital, the dimension of with a front cover of peace with a hidden dark side underneath however no matter what Capital is still where most reside in to get away and start a new life however it's a home to many throughout the three dimensions being the golden child of safety through it being home to the universal protection government The Fifth Element. However the big secret of Capital is that it's a big jackpot for all the crime lords through out the universe due to Capital being the home to many low-class, unprotected civilians that are fearful of the crime lords due to the government in Capital is to busy on dealing with universal threats.

Polorym is the most populated dimension of superpowered individuals for that reason it's a very un-unified and protected place throughout the three dimensions. The cause of this is due to the powershift that happened through the escapees of the Amalgam Civil War and due to the fact that Polorym is the home of the most unhuman like beings from Alien Warriors to Superpowered Ninjas to Spider-Powered Vigilantes.

Amalgam the home of gods used to be a utopia of where the gods of the old world once resided, the strongest of the strongest were formed here before the World Breaking Civil War caused by a political disagreement. The end of the war being the reason for the dimension being broken to pieces all who resided here where killed or fled to new lands. The end of the Civil War caused the weakest of the weak to gain abilities across all the dimensions.

There used to be a Universal Threat known as Dimension Ripper who was presumed to be defeated by The Big Three of The Fifth Element, however when his existence of his return was figured out by a boy with Rippers Eyes. The eyes of the ripper are so powerful that it boosts the Rippers Power far above and now he has a squad of commanders as the Ushinatta. The strongest of the strongest throughout the multiverse with the one goal to kill everyone being throughout the universe to reach at a true utopia.
