In the valley, it was safe. The cats who lived there were peaceful, but a flood forced them to disperse. The Cats of the Lilies escaped to a nearby mountain range, hoping to forget the tragedy and finding a new calling as Clan cats. LilyClan has settled among the rocks and crannies of the Dappled Mountains, as they were named by their ancestors, and adapted as best they could.
The valley still calls to them, and those who remember are plagued by dreams. They aren't meant for the dark mountains, but they couldn't possibly survive in the valley with the memories there.
