In the year 2050, a meteorite lands in the North Pole and sends waves of supernatural energy around the world. Everyone felt strong winds that day, and soon, felt the effects of these winds. For these winds carried a sickness, a curse, a blessing. Humanity fell victim to fevers, rough and harsh against their bodies. But a week after this global event, certain individuals reported drastic changes to their bodies. The world was thrown into hysteria as superhumans began to emerge. Those blessed or cursed; using their powers for evil or for good. Maybe even their own gain. This story takes place in a large city along the eastern coast of the United States, in the megapolis of Arkoma City.
