1997, Tokyo Japan. The world has been facing devils since time began, and as humanity became one more devils were born in peoples fear. The government needed to put a stop to these devils harming society, creating public safety. Governments from around the world saw this and decided to make the same thing, USA, UK, Mexico, China. The states would need it and need strong people who are ready to kill a devil or money or die willingly. Public safety is the world’s last hope and humanity’s last savior along side chainsaw man. Yet in this disgusting world, many have found power among themselves to create their own battle field, and which being their own domain where they have the upper hand sometimes. Only very little can make the domain, those who are able to don’t live for long much as it takes so much time to master.
