• The year is 2013, almost one year after the events which took place at the Kennedy Space Center. Pucci's attempt to reset the universe and create a perfect world resulted in nothing but catastrophe.
• Rather than achieving a clean reset, Enrico Pucci had not only unknowingly pulled a parallel universe- the Steel Ball Run world- into his own, but the merging of both universes resulted in tears in space-time in which individuals from other neighboring worlds could spill in. Oh, and Joseph Joestar died of a heart attack.
• The Speedwagon Foundation has been working overtime to properly analyze, catalog, and contain every last anomaly to reduce any additional damages done to the space-time continuum's integrity.
