The world is Earth, time, not so long ago, with inhabitants that are an evolved form of humans, known as 'Chromas'. These people have magical powers that help them survive and adapt, with their powers becoming categorised based on their unique hair and eye colour which they were born with. In short... this led to clashes among the colours where in the modern day, the 13 different power groups are all divided, except in a few, scattered places, one of which is where the story of your heroes takes place... the 'Border'!
