Some people keep Pokémon as pets, while others use them for battle. Journey side by side with your own Pokémon throughout the Kanto Region to see great sights such as Mount Moon, the mysterious Pokémon tower, and perhaps even challenge the Gym leaders to test your strength!
However, Kanto has been going through a crisis. Trainers continue to report their Pokémon missing only for their Pokémon to return weeks later aggressive and injured. These Pokémon aren't only aggressive, they're augmented. Somebody is experimenting on stolen Pokémon. To make things worse over half of Kanto's Gym Leaders have disappeared. The Pokémon association is scrambling to find them. But someone needs to step up to stop the obvious evil plot happening in Kanto...
On the brighter side of Kanto, the once in every three years and 9th-ever Pokémon League competition is coming up in just six months' time! Participate, watch the amazing combatants while in the stands, or note down the historical event.
