Once upon a time, a god, from the heavens, was cast out from his brethren. As punishment for his crime, he was sent to the mortal realm. The other gods looked down upon the fallen god, stripping away his godhood powers. "For your own good," they said. They told him, they did not care what he did with what power he had left, and so began the age of the "Tyrant King" Satanir. He forwent his old godly name and became the king of demons, usurping the previous king.
The demon king ravaged the mortal realm, the gods uncaring for how they were treated. He ruled them with an iron fist, his will unbinding. Nothing could stop him. Except one person, one maiden, a vampiric maiden, who stood up against her own master. She took the eye of the king and placed it on a silver sword, imbuing it with demonic power. With that, she gathered an army of those crushed under his rule, killing the demon king and sending him to hell.
Upon his death, she declared herself the god-empress of what is now known as Valeria. She created a world of freedom under her rule. The only thing she asks is to forgo the name Satanir. To not heed this warning will label you a heretic. Heresy gets you death and torture, or worse.
