Muzan Kibutsuji has unlawfully usurped lordship over Japan's Oni, establishing the Fifth Oni Domain in his Infinity Castle, terrorizing the archipelago from the shadows, and abolishing Buddhism, the ethnic religion of the Demons for centuries. The Ubuyashiki family, who once held the Demon Slayer Corps as a hospitaler for the swordsman fraternities that fought Demons, were now threatened with extinction as their relative becomes the Progenitor of all Demonkind, and must exert great efforts like never before to stop him and end the cycle of Demon Progenitors once and for all.
