The year is 2011, the location, Florida.
Much time has passed since the Speedwagon Foundation had first been founded, and the new leaders want to stray away from the original methods of operations, making things new and interesting with the technological advances they have been working on recently, claiming to be one of the best research facilities in the world. With this change of orders, and management in the 80s and 90s, also came a change of intentions for the foundation. Ethical or unethical, they will do what they need to get what they want, which begins a wild manhunt for more knowledge and power. Eventually, with the present in 2011, they discover how to harness and use the powers of time and the multiverse, thus running it through a portal for testing. Unfortunately, they were not careful, and caused a massive rift within Florida, causing for all universes withing Jojo to become connected. Now different timelines, different worlds, and alternate realities converged into one place, creating mass hysteria and confusion. For the foundation, this is an opportunity to take more subjects, and run more testing.
Luckily, there is a group here to stop them, R.E.O. or, Recovery of Entities Foundation. R.E.O. is a group of rouge escapees from the foundation, who have banded together in efforts to expose the corrupt nature of the foundation, and help save more testing subjects like themselves, but of course this will not come without trials and tribulations.
So newcomer, who will you join? The research center holding a monopoly of power, resources and information, or the new up and coming group looking to stop them?
